Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port

Cruising from Port Everglades? It’s easy, breezy. Located in Greater Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood, Port Everglades has more homeported cruise ships than any port worldwide.

Cruise Checklist

  • Parking is $15 daily
  • Free Wi-Fi in all cruise terminals
  • Closest airport is Fort Lauderale-Hollywood International (FLL)
  • Taxis, vans and shuttle buses available
  • I-595 goes directly into Port Everglades
  • Cruise tickets and photo ID (driver’s license or passport) need to be handy when arriving to the Port 
  • No weapons permitted
  • Check with cruise line for lost luggage or other items
  • Waiting in cell phone lot encouraged for pick up of passengers

Set a world record on March 13, 2016, with more than 54,700 guests passing through the Port in a single day. The previous record was set on December 20, 2015, with more than 53,485 passengers — also at Port Everglades.

An onsite Rental Car Center (RCC) offers 12 car rental companies and more than 5,400 rental cars. The RCC is a short walk from Terminal 1 or you can take a shuttle ride from the other terminals.
